Create a ticket for your support case by providing contact information and case details as well as the severity of your support issue.

Support Hours -

   Standard Support (M - F -- 6:30 AM PST to 5 PM PST)
   Extended Support (M - F -- 5 PM PST to 9 PM PST)

Use these severity definitions when submitting your form:

1 - Down: Critical production issue affecting ALL users.

2 - High: Major functionality is impacted and affects MANY users.

3 - Medium: System performance issue or bug affecting some but not all users.

4 - Low: Inquiry regarding a routine technical issue; information requested (Default level for most requests.)
